@RockDog101 lead tape is the same thing and its cheaper. Hell you can get it at a hardware stool. And it adheres to the hook. Check out Davie McPhail, a spectacular tier.

Really nice pattern - I'll be tying it for our Pocono trout streams with one change - no lead! Lead substitute or a tungsten bead. Lead is not good for the stream.

Where do you get the Jan Siman lead strips? None of the flyshops in my area have it. Also, can you use Zap-A-Gap gel instead of Locktite Gel for the tails? Thanks!
