@Madmariofan: It's not easier or untalented at all, just different. Stevens allows for greater control over changing intervals and things like ripple rolls, while Burton is more useful for alternating and simultaneous strokes in more-or-less fixed intervals, especially at faster speeds, like in this video. They probably know both grips, but Burton does make sense here.
