This is the third single from widely-acclaimed Mancunian indie quintet Daystar, in which they tackle the sub-culture of pretence that prevails in some of the local clubbing and music scene. The song is quite melancholy in its stance, but defiant in its delivery and gleeful in its apathy. With some deliciously simplistic and whispering guitarwork willingly chained to the outstandingly eloquent vocals, this song is a 3 minute masterpiece in delivering subtlety with emphasis.
For the production of this video, the band would like to express their overwhelming admiration for the skills of those at Tunafish Media & offer their grateful thanks to David Foran & Steph and all the team at the Printworks, Manchester for the use of their building, and proper heartfelt adoration for those talented souls who came down and feature so gosh darn well.
