@jamiany I think maybe he tried to reverse it with a DP or just kept forgetting.

Can you imagine the uber pwnage that would have ensued if Mute's Chun Li was beaten, and he had to use Guile?

1:13 i like

player 2 is the only person in the world that does not know that chun li's special goes through fireballs... noob fight.
-
freakin' awesome chun-li man.
-
How the hell does chunli walk forward and do the special...?
-
I think the real problem was that Milky just kept spamming (literally) fireballs regardless of what Muteki was doing. It wasn't so much that he was falling for anything as he just wasn't really thinking about it.
By the way, you don't need invulnerable special moves to anti-air someone. Chun has a number of great anti-air normals.

I wasn't talking about AAing with her super; I meant tou can walk forward with her super charged and then AA with a straight jump HK.
-
You can't get AA'd if she's not charging, which is why it's probably safest to jump.
-
It's one of the best supers in the game. When she's walking towards you, you don't know what she's gonna do; and the chances that you guess right are slim.
Attack, and eat a super; do nothing, and get thrown; jump towards her, and get AAd; etc.
Muteki is a great player, but I still can't believe how that Ryu kept falling for the walk up charged super trap

Yes but, you should expect Chun-Li's walk up charged super trap, especially if it's happened before. Jumping is probably the best option because Chun will throw you if you stay on the floor, or super you if you attempt to shoryuken/hadoken her, and her AA needs to be charged to use it (though, I've seen some good chuns use df+mk as an anti air...).
