@aiwendilciunio Superb comment. What is it about Brahms that makes potatos seem like just the right recording medium? I'd love to hear just the same tuba capture the 4th symphony.

The old man still played a very good violin. I thought he always took a back seat to Jascha Heifetz but he shines on this piece.
