ITG3 Rome Preview

lol so this is a new theme I've been working on, it's basically based on the Blue Rome theme after which I used a lot of features from the ITG3 theme. (Because I liked the features in ITG3 but not the whole layout itself)

Probably, I'll need to install it and run it on our AC to see if there's no problem but I don't know when I'll have time to do that. Since I made this theme exclusively from our arcade, I'll need to fix some stuff before I release it so I will let you know.
