@pinapplepalmtree- hey mate. It was just a bug. Recently Cydia has update Mobilesubstrate. Now it works very well :D this 28th I will receive my iPhone 4 White lol :) anyway thanks for ya help! I added u on Nimbuzz ;)

@flyingcockroach007 You do get push notification for Nimbuzz. Just because the phone is jailbroken does not add multitasking to the operating system. While there are apps that can run apps in the background that is not iOS 4 multitasking. You can not use it on a 3G. While those backgrounding apps may work it doesn't add the features you would with the OS multitasking. You are best off sticking with the app without 4.0 multitasking unless you get a new phone that supports multitasking.

How about push notification for iPhone 3G! Is it possible to receive unlimited instant push notification? My iPhone 3G is jail-broken, does it support multitask?
