This is absolutely Bobby Darin singing. Bobby recorded this in Dec. 1958 as part of his first album of standards called "That's All". Bobby Darin was just 22 yrs. old when he recorded this. Frank Sinatra was almost 20 yrs. older than Bobby, hence Bobby's voice was a little higher.
