Tip1: If you you use a dressage saddle it is easier to sit because you habe a deeper seat.
Tip2: If you ride your horse on the bit your horse starts to relax and let you sit.
Tip3: If you are not riding that long and your not good enough to ride your horse on the bit then you shoud use side reins to let your horse start to relax so that you can sit easier,.

@gizzygirl110 okay, thank you!

that was pretty good but you might want to sit back on your pockets, legnthen your reins and sit on your horse like a sack of potatoes, but remember to keep your balance. :-) pretty horse!

nice! sitting trot is fun but like whoa at first cause i was like all over the place! and lol i just noticed we have the same name.
Try and keep the horses head a bit lower to it is level with the vertical. You will find it less boucy then. And keep your shoulders upright. Dont lean in as you will find it really bouncy and painful.
Good job though! :)

Really good- you need to have a bit more of an arch in you back though. Great job otherwise!!!

your stirrups look a few holes to short. when you drop your feet they should come to your ankle. that makes posting and sitting easier. that's what our instructor says. they may have been fine but they look short in the video
