The funny thing is is that schumacher's original intention was to make a darker version Batman.But the stupid assstudio executives wanted him to make it campy so it wasn't his fault.This is the same guy that directed The Lost Boys for fucks sake I can only imagined how it would have turned out without the studio's interference.
