  • @mrcozr - meditation is more than sitting still.. in fact you can meditate while walking also.. it gives you an axis to look inside.. to observe this monkey mind.. still it and hopefully get a glimpse of the ultimate nature / reality... You are right on how to start - start by sitting 15 min a day and observe your thoughts.. dont cling to them dont engage with them just observe.. separate yourself from the thought.. see yourself thinking the thought..

  • @lonelydinosaur-- Thank you. why is sitting still so important? I will meditate for 15min a day. And just let my thoughts pass by, right. I can imagine it will give me energy; I do this all the time but never sitting still. I let my thoughts not drift but seeing thought, and it gets tricky. Yet, I begin to see deeper thoughts that usually rise as feelings. So meditation is seeing deep in yourself or something else????

  • @mrcozr - my suggestion.. practice meditation.. i dont want to canvass here but any buddhist / zen form would do.. what he is saying is mostly right but the how is missing.. meditation fills up that gap..

  • @mrcozr sir: that is why you have be light to your self. never mind what he said or what he looks. find out for your self. do it. sincerly yours.

  • how do we know what he says is true? obviously, all things or ideas are made by man, and we have division. But, what experience are we supposed to get when he says observe without the observer? To me he looks normal, all he has is different ideas, ideals, to structure society that very well will make it better. But what is the realization???????????

  • Great interview, thank you Andrew for uploading. It is very much appreciated. For everyone interested in Krishnamurti and this "observation without the observer" that he is talking about, please also see the international work and literature on "Unitary Perception" (another word for that observation) initiated by Mr. Rubén Feldman-González (friend of Krishnamurti and David Bohm). Please look at the website percepciónunitaria[dot]org for more information.

  • Thank you Sea Star Watcher, excelent interview.

  • @hmala perhaps you were waiting for a conclusion to be suggested to satisfy your interest. one must take this investigation for them self !
