@waddleduckie1 (@tikitikitumbotairai that is nice explanation of what this is) ... dosa's are like thin pancakes, more like crepes in which semi-dry curry is splattered and then it is folded over. Unlike tortila wrap you could not carry in your hand and eat. So it is more like roti (flat bread) with curry. You might as well serve curry separately. In both case you will have to use your hand to eat it.
