Grip strength for football, Australian (Aussie) rules football, rugby, martial arts (UFC, karate, jiu jitsu, etc.) is explained by Dr. Terry Zachary. Handmater Plus is used in gripping & grasping sports to exercise, strengthen and balance all hand muscles to create strong grip & hand strength & also prevent finger, thumb, hand, wrist, forearm & elbow injury. Athlets can create weakness by exercising improperly to prepare for grip related sports.

  • Hi Dr. Zachary,

I'm a varsity high school basketball player, and I think this will help me with my forearm strength and grip when dribbling and catching. What do you think?

  • yes, It the ball comes in three different sizes, soft, medium and firm. There are also the cords that come in large and small. and for both large and small there are three different strenths; soft, medium and firm. It is truly amazing and i'm recommending it to all my friends in football, it'll be truly benefitial. Try it out, it all costs below $20.00.

  • do these come in differant levels of strength, please?
