@MrPerfect2000Z Kendrick said in an interview that he told management he wanted Daniel Bryan to be his partner and they were going to do it but plans changed (as always). So obviously WWE delayed signing Bryan until later on.

man, i miss the brian kendrick. I especially love the match where he flakes out on facing super crazy due to "illness," and has ezekiel jackson take his place. wish they could upload that match onto youtube.
