16 seconds in and already a baking snafu occurs. Ever heard of measuring solids by weight? Btw, that amount of salt's going to inhibit the yeast growth. Why bother wasting that much yeast especially since you just wasted the gas? Aaaaaaand, that's not what proofing is LOL. Proofing's farther down the 12 steps of yeast production.
