June 27th 2011 - Yes it's delayed. No it's not dead or vaporware. Certain parts didn't feel up to scratch with the rest of the project and are being improved upon.

Q/A
Q. What build is this on?
A. Currently it is on the Orange Box build of the source engine (You are required to have at least one source engine game to play it. Portal, TF2, HL2, CSS, L4D, Ect.)
Q. Is this a remake of HL1?
A. Yes, though with MAJOR improvements to the look and feel of the game to meet todays standards.
Q. What platforms is it availible on?
A. It's a MOD so PC only.
Q. Can i buy it?
A. No, It is a completely free project in every respect.
Q. Will my computer be able to play this?
A. As long as you can play any orange box game (HL2:Ep2, TF2, Portal) you shouldn't have a problem.

wow wow wow, i love when people have free time, and dont waste it!!!! my Pc experience as a child started with Half Life, its good to see people have not forgotten it exists
