@carpenternick1 I use both, and havn't seen any difference. My traps are also laminated inside and outside, so that could be why I don't see any difference.
what would you do for setting in the snow? I've seen people use salt and layer that over a couple times, I have also seen people just use the waxed paper.
@tsrodman I've been using just dry sand after the ground is froze, been staying away from the salts as they tend to suck up moisture and are hard on steel. Once the ground is froze the dry sand doesnt absorb the moisture because its too cold, during freeze thaw conditions it does and I use the RV anti freeze.
