I'm sorry wrote on the wrong page, it was meant for someone else and not you.
I keep and breed Goldfinches and Mules and yes they are in cages. Yours looks very well kept and is fit to be in that cage.
I very much hate to see poor unhappy birds in small cages and not fit at all.
