I used to work for Mink Stole's agent in Los Angeles circa 1996. That was the only reason I took the job because he was an asshole. I was able to chat with Mink one afternoon for about 15 minutes. I extolled her virtues in true starfucker fashion. She shrugged off my fan fawning ans quipped "we were all so young" referring to her earliest works with John Waters

I was in a Real Estate class with Mink Stole last year. The coincidence is that I'm from Baltimore, grew up on John Waters films, dated Divine's manager and thus had brunch with Divine a week before he passed away in Key West, Fla., used to live in his former residence down there and my mother grew up and was good friends with Mink's sister.
