Well it's hard telling...depending on what he's crossed with and the height of his sire and dam which plays a role as well. If he is 3 y/o and 14hh right now, you may get another inch or 2 out of him before he is done. Hope that helps...
Thank you for the comments on Chavo...this video, though rather old, still shows his wonderful disposition, considering this was his very first day in training! He has since just really blossomed into a fantastic Dressage athlete.
