DSI Tempest VS-Beat

The DSI Tempest came to Sweden last friday and I got the first one.
I've been waiting since NAMM January.
I have the DSI Prophet 08 and Poly Evolver so I knew that this was going to be another great machine. And it IS!
In this Beat I only used sounds that I made from the Prophet VS-waves in the Digital Oscillator. Just for fun!

The snare sound is made of "VS95" and Pitch -12. The Low Pass on 121, Resonance 9, Audio Mod 39, Low Pass decay 50, VCA Decay 29 (the Attack 0).

So its a bit like a poly evolver but oriented more towards beats then? Not just a drum machine.

I think I might have to buy one of these :(

Great demo. I was wondering how you made the snare sound using the VS waves. Is there a good deal of self-oscillating filter happening? Thanks.
