Samsung owns the patent on the OLED screen, so Apple wouldn't be able to claim it anyway since Samsung and Apple practically hate eachother for previous paten disputes. Oddly enough, Apple had the chance to buy the transparent OLED patent from Kodak when it ws on sale, but they didn't and it went to Google.

I hope i'm not the only one who thought it looked difficult for them to start the skype program with that weird screen. Double clicking an icon on my desktop seems much easier.
