This is the very basic pattern used in "The Most Evolved" and other compositions. I will discuss more of the variations and techniques in future videos.

Remember use a metronome and practice "up and down strumming at different tempos. Practice quarter notes and work your way up to strumming 16th notes at 100 beats per minute.
