Religion is a closed-loop belief system without solid references, and the psychology of religious belief is rather like politics. No political viewpoint is a certainty, irrespective of how certain politicians may prefer to assert that they are. And, as with politics, religious psychology turns belief into fact. Belief becomes fact, because nobody is going to believe in something that they perceive to be wrong. For this reason their belief has become synonymous with the truth.
Problem that is faced is that religion is lived experience. Even the doctrinal words are connected to experiences, and by those words religious people live again their religion. The importance of dogmas is not in their literal meaning or even form, but rather in the experience they evoke and remind. If the literal code is broken, then the connection to the experience is broken. Basically religious arguments are arguments of personal experiences behind the words, and therefore wont open to others
Most religious people do not think that they have some special knowledge or language that makes them unique - that is observers construction of the situation. They simply have learnt symbolic universe applied and formed over time in that social environment and use it as normally as anyone use their language. They may feel that they have found something that makes them special, but it is not the language specifically. They may show it with unique words, but thats only because they dont know else.
@corinalj I script my videos and read them to avoid "ums" "ahs" "You knows", that kind of thing. I'm primarily a writer, new to the vlog, so I don't read like an experienced news anchor or actor or anything. It's me, reading me. "Testimony" sounds like a religious term like "testify." In daily life testimony is something to give in court. Does this answer your question? I'm not really sure what you meant.
I once was with a friend to a meeting in a religious community here in Norway.
Their 'churches' are called Betel.
And there was this lady, talking 'in tongues'.
As the only critical person there. I heard that this lady said the, or almost identical sentence every time. And the leader of the meeting translated it differently each time. But none of the others noticed it.
I guess it was the believe it all, if it's said in a meeeting filter. That let it all trough.
So you refused the preachers the privilege of having the conversation based within the confines of their little world? How can you be so heartless?!?!? lmao : ) I wonder if they considered it rude : ) Thanks for speaking out on this topic! : ) In my favorites and "videos put aside" : ) Good luck! : )
That would certainly explain morning breath, and why I always have a funny taste in my mouth first thing in the morning.

Are there any way of reaching the intelligence in a creationists head ?
They have so many walls, and defenses against reason, and logic.
So it's like....
He he I just now heard your "Charlie Brown teacher"
I guess that's how the believers hear us. :)

God tried to cum in my mouth, but I lied and told him I wear those braces that go on the inside of your teeth, and he thought twice and left.
