Hey Nathan I got your course and I have 1 question my partner and I trying to figure out. My partner is the realtor / bpo agent on these deals and I am the investor buying the properties. Is there anyway to avoid having to go to the notary so I don't have to meet up with every homeowner for each deal and go to the notary store with them? I know you said you do deals without ever seeing the property, I just can't figure out a way around this when having to get the notice of option notarized.

I record the notices right away before it is accepted. I dont record the deed until it closes
