Started out as a quick depth of field test but turned into a Adobe After Effects sandbox video, meaning I opened up After Effects and messed around with different settings and configurations. I'm using a Canon HV30 with a Digital Concepts 0.45x wide angle lens which I bought off of EBay for 30 bucks, it's an extremely good lens for the price I'm very happy with it. I'm relatively new to video editing so this is my first attempt at anything like this, the video is meaningless as you can see. I may eventually put together a longer video soon using different content. Quick details...used Magic Bullet to add the anamorphic bounds, used Virtual Dub to compress into a nice XVID AVI file. Also removed pulldown in After Effects to make it truly 24p. Nothing spectacular about the video, just testing out the capabilities of the camera + After Effects...if anybody has suggestions in regards to working with this combo, let me and everyone else know....
