@Whiterockpony Yeah I don't understand this either, it's like the priority for helping the pedestrians is subordinate to the criminals. When the assailant has crashed, and there are 5 cops on him, then theoretically at least 1 cop can extract the smashed driver of the other car.

Why the hell would it take 3 cops to try and pull a injured criminal from a car and they leave the innocent person trapped in there car, not even one cop goes near the car.
Great police force, looked liked they were too bussy beating the suspect to care about anything else

just throwing this out there but if you watch, not one cop goes to see if the person that this retard hit is okay, they are more concerned about the guy they've been chasing for the past 3 and a half hours going 30 over the speed limit. This was the biggest joke i have ever witnessed on t.v he managed to touch 14 highways without them being able to stop him.I actually believe if he didn't hit someone he would have gotten away thats how bad the policing was.
