the bit that was in this drill got stuck while my dad was using the hammer setting and i got it out. the drill is a dw something 50 and has a max low speed rating of 1.4k RPM and a max hi rating of 3.1RPM
it is a 1993 model of hammer drill with a torque amplifier for power control. it has a lot of life in it still and is going to be our second hand drill. our first being a rioby and our third and my first another dewalt drill from 1993 but it is a 14v XP cordless.

  • Hey dumbshit, ever heard of a chuck key?

Why was Daddy using the "Hammer" setting with a High Speed Steel bit? The hammer setting is for masonry.

I would beat your ass if you clamped those shitty ass fake vise grips on my chuck... Next time you can't find the chuck key, clamp it in a vise, wrapped in a rag. Put the drill in reverse and open the chuck.

    Live and learn junior.

  • @poopdogsays this summer you will see that i am smarter than you think when i make a real video of the official shed setup of our shop in iowa. including a pneumatic tire tool. and lots of beautiful tools that i doubt youve ever even seen.

  • @highdeserthater WOW, I guess I really pissed you off there little fella, I'm sorry I hurt your little feelings.

Have fun spanking it in the new shed!

As far as tools, Junior... I have been a Mechanic for the past 20+ years... Not much I haven't seen.

  • @poopdogsays judging by your attitude, i thought you just got outta auto shop. does it creep me out that you just did that? yeah. just a little. seriously, i did with what i had. vice grips, hex keys, and a hammer. the drill works GREAT now, and it opens and closes properly, and im having a chuck key made. you werent there when i made the bulletin. a little effective redneck repair doesnt hurt anything.

  • @poopdogsays by the way, ive been on here a year, and have 161 subscribers and over 400 vid views a day, and your the only person who doesnt like what im doing.....

  • @highdeserthater It just goes to show what all is wrong with today's youths!

  • in all reality this goes to show whats wrong with you. think. out ov 400 people DAY BY DAY, you are the only one who is sitting here trying to pick a bone with a 13 y/o. look at it as a redneck fix......there. thats what i thought. thats what it was, it was supposed to be looked at as one, and had i had the tool, i would have used the torch and expanded the metal, used some oil and fixed it that way. fuck, you are starting to piss me off. looked into a hobby lately?????

  • lmao that fella is using wd-40 for drilling the bloody timber, haha

  • @poopdogsays oh yeah, and it was masonry, he was drilling holes in the masonry of our built on room of our house so he could add some home-ish stuff to lisence the extra room. and my vice grips just happen to be made in the USA and the rusted ones have been in the family for 35 years. i just happened to try that and fling the drill across the room. it was REALLY stuck. the work i had done before i made the video would have been so tedious that it would have made the shittyest vid ever.

  • @poopdogsays idk if i showed in the video but the key was rusted to hell. if i had one i would use it.....im smarter than that
