Absolutely! The Apco Thrust was not at fault in any way!
The pilot accepts total responsibility for this one! Bad judgement... pure and simple. Actually, I remember the exact spot where I thought "Here! This is where I have to make that go/no go decision... and I made the WRONG one!

Excellent! Why bad advertising for Apco? The wingwasn't at fault in any way.
