  • dude, i seriously only counted 4 plates on each side.....that only makes it a 405lbs bench......someone needs to do the math again....

  • @anthyo2 you are supposed to arch the back slightly when power lifting, not much though only enough to fit a fist or smaller under!

  • Congrats but I believe in powerlifting to be a successful lift you have to have a 1 sec pause at the bottom which you didnt. Sorry not trying to hate. Still very impressive!

  • it takes a load of stress of the shoulders and rotator cuffs, and naturally arching your back makes your body stronger as a whole.

  • Arching the back is poor form, as it places much more stress on a person's back, potentially injuring the lifter.
