You can't prove god does not exist
When having a conversation with a religious person, you may often here the argument, "You can't prove god does not exist," and they are right. You also cannot prove that unicorns, leprechauns, hobbits, little green men from mars, or any super natural beings don't exist either. That does not mean it makes sense to believe in them.
A simple answer to this argument is "Does it makes sense to believe in something just because you can't prove it false?" If so then we should believe in anything super natural. Sadly, this is the position some people take.
A more logical position is to examine the evidence and make a decision based on reasoning. Unfortunately, a lot of people are taught to believe a religion from a very young age and believe regardless of what makes sense. They grow up in an environment where not believing is just not even an option that occurs to them.
If you believe a religion, try applying the logic and reasoning you use in everyday life, and apply that to your religion. Does it make since that a man died and came back to life, does it makes sense that a desert nomad had some direct connection to a magic man in the sky. Or does it make more sense that these stories are manmade?
Actions are more important than belief

God is a creation of humans that wanted power to control everybody " if you kill someone god will punish you by sending you to hell ! " people believed them !! but sometimes people did bad things and there never happened bad things to them, "why did i believe in that ?"

Now we have laws " if you kill someone we will punish you by sending you in jail " yea ok i'll get 20 years and i'll get out after 15 because "im a good person"

@TheBlueRainWolf say to your friend he should use his brain ( if god didn't put it on a mountain ) remember the planet earth was covered by water... so when that fish died and fell down to the bottom of the sea ( the mountain in this case ) and the water came down... the fish stayed on that moutain :) amazing !! you can trie it in your toilet just take a shit and press the button and WOW it disapeared ! is that god who made that ?

#1 How could god create "humans". We all know that we came from cavemen. #2 how to prove that he exists. #3 why didn't he help people in tahiti or japan ? ( maybe because he doesn't exist, maybe because the people that died deserved it, or... he just don't give a fuck about us. OR HE DOESN'T EXIST. if someone can answer this, do it. but you know you can't soooo... He doesn't exist :)

@Orcdudez I don't believe in a specific god but I think all the "gods" are the same. I mean look at the common depiction of god and compare him to zeus they are practically identical
