Where's the foot tapping?

be aware of intonation , and it is too fast for a sad blues which it is

you have very nice tone. especially in the upper registers which is tough on a 2G and big horn like that.

One of my college teachers played this for Bernstein, who stated that he had intended for that passage to be swung. Lindberg dropped the ball when he recorded it straight, Alessi played it as the composer intented.

Yeah man, really watch the pitch, and you're kinda just playing what's on the page; make this music your own.
-
funny onbord camera
-
Yeah man, everything sounds great, i think you may have took it slightly fast, and the middle sections should be swung, but other than that is was cool..
-
wow, horrible camera placement. i mean, especially in a song where you're supposed to tap your foot (can't hear it btw....wish i could)
it's not how i interpret it, but that's the beauty of interpretation right? everyone's got his own

coz Alessi did a recording where he swung it, so now lots of players listen to that recording and mimic it.

Me neither. And my neighbour's dishware is propably deeply grateful that no one could actually hear it. But everyone is free to accompany the video by tapping one foot, four to the bar.
