[01-Apr-2010] Building on momentum established in 2009 with three new products, record U.S. market share and the opening of Kia Motors' first automotive assembly plant on U.S. soil, Kia Motors America (KMA) unveiled four all-new vehicles during a press conference at the New York International Auto Show: the 2011 Optima midsize sedan, Forte five-door compact, and the Sportage and Sorento SX compact CUVs.

the car was "not" designed by VW - Audi group!!
the chief designer since Sept. 2006 at Kia is Mr. Peter Schreyer a former Audi Designer!

The Sonata and the Optima are the best in market right now. Damn, I want to own both, lol.

Bought the EX Premium package last week. This car is flippin AWESOME!!!!! Drives great, goes good, has lots of room, well laid out, and lots of goodies for the money! I just hope it doesn't go into fleet service, it will cheapen the deal.

Kias rock and I have owned them since 2003. Here's one unashamed driver who would drive it anywhere...this car is beautiful and one does not have to sell his soul or mortgage his house to own one. Beauty and affordability. So I am not rich...do I care? No.
