Macs cost More up front but pc's cost so Much More in the long run. the cost is in the software. adobe premiere? photo shop? office? every one of them about 300 bucks. windows is also a few hundred for the Good version. OS X 29 bucks. final cut 45 bucks. the Mac open source photo shop Free. i Work 40 bucks unless you pirate all your software owning a pc is More expensive in the long Run. unless all you do is web browsing.

@37334397 stupid shit? do your research. pc's cost More to own in the long run. and any pc worth a damn will cost the same if not more then a Mac. go compare prices and see for yourself. and don't call me a fan boy i sold My mac a long time ago and got a 6 core workstation from HP which runs Linux because windows is a Joke. if you paid attention to anything you would already know that.

@EPICsliceOFcake Well don’t worry. i have an hp workstation Now. 6 cores 16 gigs of Ram Twin HD gpu's HD pulse audio. 24 inch flat panel LED screen. i paid about a grand for it all. That Mac? 2,400 when i got it. LOL! its a very Nice computer but damn. its not like its a Ferrari. But even still i can't Get along With Windows. i am Running openSUSE at the Moment. getting ready to start work on My own Distro of Linux. that will be Fun. i Do Miss OS X sometimes though. oh Well. :-)

@insecur Which is exactly what PC does when it crashes. Its because of bad 3rd party software and it recovers files just fine.

@37334397 My Mac has crashed twice because of crappy third party programs corrupting my important files. I restarted my computer and both times it was ok. My mac even recovered all my unsaved files without a backup!
