Pretty neat contraption. A bit more information about the components and how they are arrainged would be helpful. That looks like a Flywheel that the motor is contacting and what kind of bearing is the cross tube riding on? Do you envision this controlling a pole mounted array of solar panels? Without some kind of schematic or diagram showing how you put it together, we will be re-inventing the wheel if we try to make one like yours, A web page would be very helpful.

You will have problems with your relays arcing in the contacts.

See my experimental version that failed:

But this worked because the Schmitt trigger hex inverters caused the relays to rapidly open or close:

What would u do if the sun is above you. at approximately 12:00 am.? I think its better to rotate parallel to sun.
