Rolls Royce for $3000: Kazakh 'pimp my ride' master

In Kazakhstan a local car enthusiast has made his own premium-class Rolls Royce... using an old Mercedes. The 24 year old realized that a car worth over 500 thousand dollars is a little out of his price range. And having traveled to Kazakhstan's capital to see his dream car in all it's glory, he found the inspiration he'd been searching for. Within two months - using spare parts and even materials such as play dough - he'd completed a replica of his dream car. And with a price tag of 3000 dollars, he hopes to sell it and start work on the next one.
