hes a likeable candidate,

but u feel like cringing in this episode when he was in the hot seat in all those interviews and with his final pitch to sir allan! he seemed so uncomfortable

Actually, in contrast with other opinoins, I don't think the girls are emotional about James. He is a poor footsoldier and had to leave

James was one of the most memorable characters in this series in my opinion (certainly the most likable) and his final heartfelt words just summed him up. Great guy, even if he perhaps wasn't ever going to be The Apprentice.

Poor James, he has been rather soft throughout the entire season, he is smarter than Kate and Debra put together but his modesty and common sense put him at an unfair disadvantage. But hey, he has a wife and child and a bright future ahead, he is sure to find a good job now that he has proven himself. The fact that he has lasted this long without having to back-stab anyone proves that he is an honorable person. T'is such a shame that this contest is inherently unfair.

One thing I thought was quite touching was that when James went, all the girls started crying. It kind of shows that he was really well liked and not just seen as a joke. He was the joker, but in a good way.
