The demo team at East West Martial Arts (http://www.vancouvermartialarts.com/) is always exciting to watch. A couple years ago they started working more kids into the team as well.

@mjlyricsonline First couple graduations I saw them at were at Hudson's Bay, but they've been at Skyview for a long time. My daughter started at East-West when she was in 2nd grade and got her Jr Black Belt in 5th, and hasn't gone back since. lol. She's doing theater and choir now.

Kool I went to myne on the 25th i got my Orange/Yellow belt it really is fun in fact i just got back from it now.

awesome! i am in American Kang Duk Kwons Tai KwonDoe demo team and it is REALLY fun, you can also do a Sai as a weapon in my Martial Art but i dont know if you get to use it in yours cause i have only done one martial art
