all i can say is YUM- i am trying like heck to give up sugar, pasta and white flour- so i am going to take this and replace the orzo with black rice- everything else can stay!! i may even use lime zest- what i love about cooking it - its like art you can recreate and make it your own- thanks for the inspiration- happy cooking x shelly
