Kimeru - You got game (Tenimyu In Winter - Side Fudomine)

Musical Tennis no Oujisama - in winter 2004-2005 side Fudomine ~special match~

This musical is the returning of Kotaro Yanagi.
After leaving a rehearsal for Remarkable 1st Match: Fudomine, less than two weeks before it was due to open, Yanagi was hit by a car. He had extensive damage to his body and vocal cords and was unconscious for two weeks. Doctors predicted he would be bedridden for the rest of his life. After waking up, Yanagi weighed around 30 kg and was unable to get up at all.
However, Yanagi was able to make a miraculous recovery and is currently strong enough to act again, although he had difficulty with his dancing and singing. His recovery time prevented him from playing in Remarkable 1st and the next two Prince of Tennis musicals; J-pop singer and co-star Kimeru, who was playing the role of Shusuke Fuji, filled in as Echizen for Remarkable 1st, and Yuya Endo was eventually cast as the new Echizen.
Yanagi was able to come back and star in the Side Fudomine musical, and got the chance to perform with his fellow first Seigaku cast members one last time before they graduated out of the roles; he shared the role of Echizen with Endo, but he only acted in stand still scenes while Endo did the dancing and tennis match choreography.
As a result of the accident, Yanagi now walks with a permanent limp, his voice is forever changed, and his speech pattern is slightly slurred. Despite this, Yanagi continues to act and sing.

In the end Yanagi is crying making Endo and Kimeru aswell.^^

kimeru was close to crying when yuya and yanagi came out. i applaud him for hitting those high notes despite how emotional he was

kimeru was like a big brother to everyone in the cast. specifically, he gave nagayama his nickname (nagayan), and he dedicated one of his songs to yanagi after his accident. plus, on his myspace, he still hangs with his old cast members

I'm crying... Just heard about Yanagi today in school.. My friend told me and then show me, and I was about t cry in school... Stopped and then at home I started to cry.... But I think it's the BEST that they still let him in this ^^ that they are still so close friends with him ^^ <3

wahhh!! ! ! I started crying when I saw Yanagi crying! ! ! and then when he hugged Kimeru! ! ! I can't help it! ! ! ! Yanagi is really awesome and he played Ryoma perfectly! ! !

I wish we could turn back time and have had prevented Yanagi's accident. . . . it really breaks my heart that after all those years of friendship would end. . . the 1st cast really is the BEST! ! ! !
