This is a short video of my friend Simonco44's and his friend Beke1's 99 skill party. The party took place 21st december 2008. Simonco44 achieved 99 attack, strength, defence and ranged, while Beke1 achieved 99 attack, hitpoints and 2000 total level.

Depends pretty much on your def/att/str level. Moss giants are very decent from what I remember and so are lesser demons.
If you are lower level, you could either try Al-Kharid warriors or hobgoblins. Hobgoblins are quite decent, since they drop limpwurt roots.
