So, did you have to use a cough assist machine?
The kind, that fits over the trach, and kinda helps him cough?
I'm not talking about the suction machine.

JD did quiet well. He is now four years old and does not have a trach anymore. He still gets breathing treatments.
Yes, he was two 1/2 months early and he has a twin sister. She is well too.

No he does not. We just use a mask to do his brathing treatments. He is doing great.
