QUESTION: how much rest do u recommend between sets? because i rest about 1 minute for 4 sets on bench press, then my muscles r too tired to increase the weight for incline. ADVICE PLEASE

are you at the gym for 3 hours? looks like your over doing chest for one day by a mile

@josephnbl91 I was in the gym for about an hour and a half. I move quick with short breaks between sets. I have a plan when i walk into that gym, so many sets, so may reps, etc and I dont leave that gym untill i have repped every single one . No 3 hour workout, and if i did over do my chest, id rather have that be the scenario than under doing it! Thanks for the feedback!
