GRAVEN IMAGES means making images of things in heavens ABOVE or things UNDER the earth or sea. WHY?

OT Jews had not seen the SON OF GOD - we have, therefore his and his mother's statue is NOT graven

Well?! who has seen what is under or above?

We DON'T make statues to WORSHIP ANGELS! Where as

Jesus, his Mother and my parent's statues or photos are NOT GRAVEN, they existed lived on this earth and seen by people etc.

Old testament was written for the Jews - Followers of Jesus do NOT make graven images.

@miladmeah Let me say this as kind as I can but stealing was also one of the 10 commandments before Jesus shed his blood for the New Testament. Matt. 26:28. It was a sin then and its still a sin now. Idol worship was a sin then and its still a sin now. What did the apostle John say in 1 John 5:21? Mary was a saint and good person but she still was a fallible person like us. Rom. 3:23 The RCC has elevated her to the status of a goddess and said she ascended into heaven like Christ.

@moviemaestro1 I don't like to share that with people that I don't know, sorry! If I told you more then likely you wouldn't believe it anyway, lets just say it was personal unprovable and definitely supernatural, it did open my eyes though and help to shape my belief system, by proving to me the existence of the supernatural world and showed me that man and science doesn't have all the answers, there is a world out side of the physical world that we know.
