  • @OzemMezo because its not water, water conducts electricity, oil doesn't. also, why use vegetable oil? it'll go bad, use mineral oil or baby oil

  • should have used mineral oil, i think vegetable oil will eat away the rubber one the capacitors

  • Power supply can be submerged as well.

  • Some friends and I overclocked an old Celeron to something like 4GHz in glycirin, no fans or stirrers or anything. PC died eventually I guess because the gates didn't like the frequency or maybe the moisture but it never got warm :). It was also massively overvolted. This shit works :)
