@Electric0eye Not to disagree with you, TTGL is the awesomest thing on Earth, therefore it requires no sense. Nevertheless, Yoko thinks she's 14, but, in her village, people didn't count time by the usual day/night system. 'Cause, you know, they were underground and all. How the other villages had the correct time, I dunno, but according to the "Word of God" (things the author himself stated), Yoko is actually around 17-19.

@lonemeditaterxghost Trying to make sense of Gurren Lagann is futile, you will fail. You are talking about the show where a man can create drills, the size of skyscrapers, through sheer force of will. He crucifies other Gunmen on a giant pair of sunglasses. Yoko, proven to be only 14, has boobs the size of Texas, do you REALLY think you can make any form of sense of Gurren Lagann?? And yet... The fact that the show makes no sense only adds to its badassness. Am I right?
