Sections 107, Copyright law

@soldoutrules Its a public place and the job of any reporter and news channel is to report what is going on. They are reporting about the cuts and there was a large protest happening which is why you can hear the car horns. Typical BBC wanted to ignore the protest so the sign was the best way to get an important message. Did you read the sign?
