All you have to do is checkout the analysis by the Congressional Budget Office to know that in order to get the price for Obamacare under 1 trillion dollars, they had to reduce funding for Medicare by $500 billion so the ad is correct. Democrats are counting on adding the 500 billion back in at some later point, but they are either lying about the stated cost of Healthcare being 900 billion or they are lying about there being no reductions to Medicare. They can't have it both ways.
