Too good! Very useful. Either F(19-) = 10 or F(27-) = 9 at 31:33. But the concept is clear.
I am not sure if this is leaky bucket or a token bucket, but I am not an expert yet.

At frametime 12:16, is it "theoretical-Actual"
or "Actual-theoretical" ? It doesn't mismatch what's written and what Prof. says.
