@reddoogan I am afraid Real Estate will drop by a min of 50% and the CE side hasnt started yet !!! so i am afraid of almost every asset class ... the problem with the metals is they tanked at year end 08 with everything else becasue people were selling everything! also i bought all my primary position - - it was PURE luck! in 2003 at 280 so i dont feel like i can say much there = view distrorted!

Will Real Estate go cheaper? And what about commercial real estate, is that going to be a problem as well? I know people talk about buying gold, but would silver be a good investment as well. Thanks for getting the information out.

I approved friend request BUt afraid you may NOT want to stay freinds when i respond to your comment: RE too cheap NOPE if you think its cheap NOW wait till its on sale! the demographics are so horrible for RE i would suggest 2-3 decades for a new RE boom if not 4-5 ... RE bear market hasnt started yet this is a warmup = it will sell at HUGE discounts! to material costs and theland will be free ! sorry for bad news

The Patriot Act changed a lot fo things. IF you have money buy Real Estate Not Stocks! The Real Estate is way too cheap! The Banks and Investors are already buying it up and IF you put your money into Real Estate you can also help house the people. Brokers are also the heads of Real Estate Companies but they are usually Richer than the Salespeople! :) The Only way We Can Fix this Country is from the GROUND UP which is Real Estate!

Thats a WHOLE lot of ammo brother! Yep I agree, I did a video about 9 months ago or so about buying up ammo, I say theres no way its the best bartering item around!
I dont have 100K worth, but many thousands of rounds. I personally use a .45 auto and a .308 with plenty of ammo for those, but I bought a lot of .38 special, 9mm, and .223 theyre quite common. Id love to trade 100 rounds of ammo for a dirt bike, nice profit margin!
I agree, without the games DOW and gold would both be 3K lol.
